Role Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering/IT/Relevant with ~ 7-8 years on the relevant skills
• Worked as a technical Lead of one or multiple projects in an engineering / development environment in the last 2-3 years
• Advanced technical proficiency in designing, developing, and debugging solutions
• Technical knowledge and experience in delivering software / platform engineering solutions (depending on specialism), providing comprehensive technical advice and handling user requirements
• Extensive experience translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and infer requirements, working in an Agile team environment.

Relevant Technical Skills

• ~4-6 years of hands-on experience designing and developing full-stack, highly scalable, distributed applications, products, and services
• In-depth knowledge of Dot net, React JS. Should be very strong on .NET, Microservices Architecture
• At least ~6 years .NET development experience (C#) with at least 4 of those designing and implementing on Azure with experience of App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, .NET Core
• Azure DevOps, Azure API Management, SQL, Blob Storage
• React.js Skill set: .Net Framework, C#, OOPS concepts, SQL, WCF WebAPI, HTML, Workflows, Jquery JavaScript, MS Visio, SDLC , Quality, Testing
• Very strong in web development which includes ASP.NET (4.5 4.6), ASP.NET MVC (4.0 5.0), HTML, HTML 5, CSS.
• Very Strong SQL Server (includes working with DML, DDL, Stored procedures,)
• Strong in Ajax, Jquery, Javascript etc, ASP.NET

• Lead the delivery of solution using strong technical capabilities and outstanding hands on experience!
• Takes accountability for the design, development, testing, operation, delivery and maintenance of a solution or infrastructure to satisfy user requirements
• Solves complex and escalated aspects of a project, performing coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process
• Work with Technical Solution Architect and provide technical expertise to maximize efficiency, reliability and value from current solutions, infrastructure and emerging technologies, showing technical leadership and identifying and implementing continuous improvement plans
• Develops strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams, collaborating to develop and engineer leading solutions
• Drives consistency to technical design whilst supporting the definition, maintenance and implementation of technology standard
