Inside Sales Manager

Location: Kolkata, India

Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of team management with responsibility for both team performance and revenue
  • 4+ years- experience working as a BD rep
  • Experience as a working manager.
  • Must have understanding of digital technologies.
  • Must have experienced into international market.
  • Be able to describe challenges faced and resolutions – both reviewed and enacted
  • Be able to identify the characteristics of most successful person whom they have managed
  • Types of incentives used – both ongoing (revenue, rewards, contests), and ad hoc (weekly or end of month push)
  • Understanding of the types of systems used (CRM, email, LinkedIn, reporting, etc.)
  • Having been involved in A-B testing for optimizing penetration and results
