Responsibilities 

• Participate in the creation of business and technically oriented data strategies, focusing on Data Engineering, Data Warehouse, Data Visualization all on a new age cloud-based environment
• Propose operating model designs and establish data functions, underpinned by processes, roles and responsibilities especially regarding the ownership of data.
• Use your strategy skills to drive different client’s agenda towards data and technical enablement.
• Use your excellent communication skills to understand and deliver against client business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with client teams to design and implement robust solutions to fundamental data problems.
• Bring your experience, analytical skills and creative approach to innovate in data strategy, engineering, governance & design thinking.
• Contribute to creating a service catalog that sales and marketing team will drive to grow the Data Engineering service studio. 

Qualifications

• 12+ Years of rich industry experience in consulting led solutions in data management and data engineering space
• Well-rounded knowledge of technical and non-technical aspects of data management, including Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, Reference Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Governance.
• Familiarity with the data technology landscape, including knowledge of software and platform capabilities.
• Experience working in a client-facing / consulting environment to build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor and lead large scale data programs
• Ability to apply analytical and creative thought process.
• Experience of architecting data solutions on Azure and Snowflake based environment 
• Ability to work with Sales team to drive opportunities to closure by leading the complete solution design and solution articulation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience working in client collaborative environment
• Ensure delivered solutions are realized in time frame committed; work in conjunction with project sponsors to size and manage scope and risk
• Provide support and technical governance, expertise related to cloud architectures, deployment, and operations
• Certifications on Azure and Snowflake a big plus
• Self-motivation and proactiveness and ability to deliver high-quality to tight timescales.
