Problems:
- Our client needed to fill over 100 open requisitions spanning across Java Microservices and Angular within 8 weeks
- Identifying, assessing and onboarding resources with relevant project experience within time and budget became a challenge
Solution:
In collaboration with the client, Innover’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) identified and assessed the critical skill gaps, custom-designed a curriculum to suit the client’s tech stacks and processes, and consequently facilitated an end-to-end hire, train and deploy program to fulfill the requirements at hand.
- Our subject matter experts worked directly with the business team to design all the collaterals - Accurate Job Description, Customized Courseware and Robust Time-Boxed Assessments
- A dedicated team was deployed to source, screen & hire consultants in collaboration with our client’s Talent Acquisition team, and our internal Application Tracking Systems (ATS) & Candidate Assessment Systems® (CAS) were leveraged to ensure seamless delivery
- Post the hiring phase, all consultants went through an immersive 4-week upskilling program, facilitated by select industry experts
- Our analytics-enabled Learning Management System (LMS) helped in seamless delivery and real-time tracking of student progress during the program
